ECO TOOLS BRUSH REVIEW

Hello,
This is the long awaited review on the EcoTools 6 piece brush set. I got requests from the day i bought it on my haul post but i had to try them out for a while to give an honest review.
EcoTools is a very affordable brand, especially if you buy their brushes in a set.

1. BLUSH BRUSH
This blush brush is possibly the softest I have ever felt! Not only does it evenly distribute my blush (pressed or mineralized) but I have also found that it is great for MAC's Mineralize Skinfinish. It fits right on your cheek bone to create a blushed or highlighted effect. This blush brush ensures that you do not get product in unwanted places with it's great percision mechanism.

2. EYE SHADOW BRUSH
The EcoTools eye shadow brush is basically your average eye shadow brush. It is not very versatile in the way that you will also need a crease brush and an outer corner brush to create a look. This is because the brush is very stiff and can be easily confused with a concealer brush. This stiffness can become an advantage when packing on colour or using pigments.

3. EYE LINER BRUSH
This eyeliner brush is quite average. It is too flimsy to apply eyeliner percisely or get a straight line. It is also too big and creates lines that are too thick.

4. CONCEALER BRUSH
This is an amazing concealer brush! It is the perfect size to get blemishes and not have left over product. When teamed with MAC Studio Sculpt conealer, it creates an air brushed finish. The perfect for creating layers if the blemish needs high coverage. Eaily washed when MAC brush cleaner is used.

5. LASH AND BROW COMB
EcoTools lash and brow comb is really good. The lash comb sometimes finds it hard to define each lash but the brow brush shapes eyebrows perfectly.

6. BRUSH ROLL
The brush roll is not pictures but basically it is a piece of canvas. I dont really use it and it is pretty pointless. I would rather an extra brush.

PURCHASING: I purchased my EcoTools brush set from Priceline for $27.95

PURCHASE AGAIN?
I really liked
* The brushes did not malt
* The brushes were easy to clean
* Very affordable price

I didn't like
* The pointless brushes/items
* The versatility of them
* The confusion between the concealer brush and the eye shadow brush

Yes i would purchase this brush set again. I believe that they are a cheaper alternative to MAC brushes. They are also very good quality especially considering the price.

So i think i did pretty well in regards to explaining what i honestly liked and disliked about the EcoTools 6 piece brush set. I don't hate anything more than a review saying that the product is amazing when in reality it's not. There's always pros and cons when it comes to beauty products and it's better to know of them before you commit to buying something.
