Uti Nwachukwu takes on George Clooney Over a Bottle of Martini

Eku Edewor and Uti Nwachukwu

George Clooney
Well, let’s think about it. Uti won Big Brother All Stars. George Clooney won an Academy Award for Best Actor. So, they’re both winners? Nah, not that. Uti is considered to be a fashionable gentleman, with superb
knock-the-ladies-out good looks. Hmm. George Clooney was voted the World’s Sexiest Man at one time. So, they both have incredible sex appeal, huh? Yes, but that’s not exactly what they have in common. George Clooney has starred in several classy Martini TV Commercials – depicted as a ladies’ man with a fine appetite for his sparkling Martini. Well, recently Uti Nwachukwu joined his pal and fellow ladies’ man, George Clooney as the sexy leading man in the brand new Martini TV Commercial – wooing none other than the extremely gorgeous Eku Edewor with an even more gorgeous bottle of Martini Rose.

This phenomenal commercial was unveiled during Facundo Bacardi’s historical first visit to Nigeria, on the 15th of November at the Martini Blush Nite held at Avenue Suites in Lagos. The only question at the moment
is – who rocked the Martini bottle better? And the answer is they both did. Trying to live up to the acting standards of an Academy Award winner isn’t quite an easy feat, but Uti did quite a great job. And the guests who were present last night for the screening of Leila Djiansi's "Ties That Bind" at the Africa International Film Festival at Genesis Cinema considered the new Martini TVC starring Uti Nwachukwu and Eku Edewor a masterpiece of glamour, creativity, and fine acting. Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola, Lynn Whitfield, Rita Dominic, Kunle Afolayan etal were all the theatre when this materpiece was screened once again. So I concur with the general consesus, that Uti rocked the Martini commercial, of course, he ought to - with a glass of Martini in one hand, you can't help being outrightly awesome. Surely, this is another great reason to enjoy Martini with your friends.

George Clooney, Steve Jobs's Strong Candidate

Since the death of Steve Jobs last October, came rumors that the life story of a co-founder of Apple is going to be filmed. Since it is also circulated several names nominated actor Steve Jobs. Among the few names that appear are George Clooney. Really a top actor is going to play Steve Jobs?

Mashable had preached that the issue of Now Magazine UK proclaim that George Clooney and Noah Wyle were jockeying for the opportunity to portray the late Steve Jobs. Unfortunately, Now Magazine did not mention the source of this news. Regardless, Mashable see any physical similarities between Clooney and Jobs. This site even create a poll to solicit the opinions of their readers.

From the same news also obtained information that Sony really had plans to adapt the Steve Jobs biography written by Walter Isaacson into a screenplay. Instead then of The Lost Angeles Times also had said that Aaaron Sorkin, playwright THE SOCIAL NETWORK is believed to work on a screenplay.

George Clooney may have a physical resemblance to Steve Jobs, but that does not mean he can not just 'get rid' Noah Wyle. Noah Wyle itself has had time to play Steve Jobs said in a television movie called PIRATES OF SILICON VALLEY TNT published in 1999.

No kidding, Noah Wyle and even had time to 'replace' Steve Jobs opened the Macworld event that year as well get a 'blessing' from Steve Jobs to portray himself.
